Limited Warranty:

Stylam warrants to the buyer of the laminates, for a period of five (5) years after the date of delivery of laminates to the buyer, that the laminates conforms to the specifications stated in the Technical Datasheet for the laminates listed on the date of delivery at  www.stylam.com

Rectification of Defective laminates:

Though Stylam laminates conform to the highest quality standards of international repute but any defect in the laminates, at the sole discretion of Stylam, be either repaired or replaced, if repair is not feasible. The period of limited warranty applicable to a repaired or replaced laminate shall be the remainder of the unexpired period of this limited warranty. If Stylam chooses to supply new laminates, it is only obliged to match the color of the laminates originally supplied as close as possible and is not obliged to supply an identical color.

Limited Warranty Conditions:

This limited warranty shall be null and void and/or shall be deemed revoked upon any failure to fully adhere to any of the following conditions:

1. The laminates shall have been installed to meet all applicable building codes and standards, laws and regulations.
2. Storage, transport, processing, application, installation and care & maintenance instructions for the laminates, specified at www.stylam.com have been fully adhered to. Any deviation from these guidelines would automatically void the warranty.
3. Upon delivery of the laminates to the buyer, the buyer shall have promptly inspected the laminates to determine the presence of any apparent defects by visual inspection, and the buyer shall have notified Stylam of any such defects in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery.
4. The laminates shall not have been modified following delivery to the buyer except as necessary for proper installation meeting all applicable building codes and standards.
5. The warranty does not cover demonstration or installation of the product.
6. This warranty is limited to the first buyer of the product only and is not transferable.
7. All rights and claims that the buyer has under this limited warranty expire five (5) years from the date on which the laminates are delivered to the buyer.
8. In no event shall Stylam be liable for any claims relating to lack of compliance with any applicable industry standard(s). All other claims made by the buyer are excluded.

Limitations of Damages:

1. The Warranty claim shall not exceed the price of material supplied by Stylam and shall not be liable for a refund of the price of the furniture or any other thing, place or area wherein the product was used and was subsequently found to be defective.
2. Stylam shall not entertain any claims that are not related to the material supplied.

Warranty will not be applicable in case of:

1. Any type of faulty or improper handling, installation, damages caused by assembly of any unrelated materials or components with the laminates, exposure to corrosive elements, use of harmful cleaning compounds, windstorm, natural disaster, riot, vandalism, malicious mischief, misuse, accidental damage, act of war, terrorism and civil disobedience etc.
2. Damage caused due to defect in the substrate on which it is used.
3. The product is not installed, used and maintained according to instructions given in the instruction manual.
4. Consistent and/or uniform fading of the panels throughout the application area, applicable for exterior panels.

The conditions of warranty are subject to the Indian law and exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Chandigarh, India.
